Retainer Fee

750 € + IVA upfront fee 

On booking my services the retainer fee of 750 €  + IVA is payable. This fee covers my expenses for a maximum of nine months to search for properties, schedule appointments, accompany you to view the properties and negotiate the sale price with the owner or agent.

Includes meeting with lawyer to discuss purchase requirements.

Successful Purchase Fee

A minimum of 1.5% of the purchase price

How does this work?

The 1.5% is paid on a successful property purchase and in most cases is covered by the agent or owner. In Andalucía it is the vendor who pays the purchase commission not the buyer.

However, in circumstances where an owner or agent will not pay commission this is covered by my buying client. Only paid on a successful purchase.
