If you’re looking for a property in Spain, I can’t recommend Louise highly enough to help you find your ideal property, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had quite specific criteria for my house search, high expectations, a short timescale, plus 2020 lockdowns thrown into the mix, so I set Louise quite a challenge.
I was really impressed with how well she understood what I was looking for, and how well she matched up the right locations and properties for me. Her expertise is evident, she has a huge network of contacts she’s happy to share, she’s professional, approachable, reassuring, and she makes the whole process so much fun and stress-free. I was very happy with the selection of properties we viewed, not only did the property I’ve purchased exceed my expectations, but Louise helped me secure it at a great price as well. Finding and buying a house whilst living abroad proved to be a very challenging task, even for an advanced Spanish speaker, like me. I was therefore happy and lucky to find Louise Brace to help me pave the road and find my dream house. I could never have done it without her. Me and my wife were so impressed by the enormous amount of work, preparation, and commitment she put into our “search”, and that for a relatively very low fee, worth every penny and many more.
Louise first spent a lot of effort in helping us defining realistic requirements and the best locations. Then she used her wide network of real estate agents, specialists and other service providers to come up with a long list of possibilities, she would have several discussions with me to narrow them down and get to understand our taste and preferences too. Then she kept on searching till will had a good shortlist for site-visits.
Louise pre-investigated all properties (availability, legal issues, good match) and set up a  well balanced program for 2 separate house visit sessions of several days, in the short time frames I was able to come to Spain. During those days, she visited many properties with us, well prepared, giving good honest advice and opinion, explaining all relevant context and putting things well in perspective. In the meantime still scanning the market, eventually resulting in finding the perfect property for us. And it wasn’t even officially on the market yet: She just got tipped by her network that it would be, and got us in as very first viewers. We immediately bought it, and Louise helped us through the whole paperwork and bureaucracy mill, till the moment i had the keys in my hand.
You will find Louise Brace to be very profesional, dedicated , well connected, knowledgable and above all, a very funny and pleasant person. I can recommend anyone looking for a property in or around Malaga, to recruit her. You will most certainly not regret it, and be a happy houseowner in Spain soon.

We cannot recommend Louise highly enough.  Her years of experience within this industry and living in Spain, are immediately obvious when you meet.  Her fluent Spanish a god send for the likes of us, unable to speak Spanish.   We spent two months searching  for property in the Ronda area, not once did Louise remain anything other than professional, putting up with our continued ” sorry not for us “  She listened to all of our requirements, this itself filters out so much and saves time.
Her contacts are worth their weight in gold, reporting honestly, not just wanting your money.  We found our ideal location and although the property required work.  Louise’s diligence and investigations, found it to be illegal, disappointing, but saving us untold problems and funds.
We will be returning and Louise has remained in contact since returning to the UK.  Once again, we cannot recommend Louise highly enough.  Oh!  We should also say that she is a lovely friendly person!!
Still looking for that Happy Place, but knowing that with Louise’s help we will find it!!
