Meet Louise Brace

My life and early career started in Londres (London). After too many years of the rat race, I upped sticks and moved to Spain over 18 years ago. I come from a real estate and tourism marketing background, but in recent years I swapped my sedentary Macbook lifestyle with a more active and fun role. Venturing out into this amazing region to help my clients find their happy place in Andalucía.

As a property finder, I have been to every rincon (corner) of Andalucía in the quest to find the perfect Spanish property investment for my clients. I do all of the background study and investigation for my clients before they arrive. So when you do arrive, we have fun: visiting places and spaces, and learning some Spanish along the way!

So much has changed in the Spanish real estate industry in the 18 years I have worked here. And it is ever-changing. What remains is the genuine joy I feel helping my clients find their happy place. 

Over the years I have worked with clients to relocate and purchase properties throughout Andalucía. From sea view penthouses in Malaga city, holiday rental investments in La Cala de Mijas, countryside fincas in the Serrania de Ronda and luxury villas in Marbella.
